Unraveling At Dawn

Welcome to the charming island of Hilo, where the Williams family's luck takes a nosedive faster than you can say the name of the island.

Eight-year-old Dawn, the self-appointed guardian extraordinaire, finds herself saddled with the unenviable task of minding her younger siblings after a sudden twist of fate leaves them orphaned.

Her mundane life, which consists of navigating the delicate balance between seeking help and staying hidden to avoid being separated from her siblings (nothing out of the ordinary, really), is disrupted when a stern looking cat woman whisks them off to a strange new foreign land.
As our pint sized protector grapples with spells gone awry and a magical whirlwind of survival and mishap, she discovers that even in a world where the odds are stacked against her, there's still room for a bit of wand-waving wonder and maybe, just maybe, a miracle.

She just didn't know yet that her miracle was in form of a green eyed human disaster with untamable messy hair and shit load of reckless courage.
