Taylor Swift didn't realise that love wasn't supposed to feel heavy. It had been so long since she'd felt the light and warmth of love that she'd forgotten it wasn't shadows and gloom. That love doesn't make you feel like you're trying to control a toy ship in the Arctic Ocean, trying to keep him afloat at all costs. She'd forgotten that a pressure like that should never be entirely up to her. 

She didn't realise that until she drowned trying to save something that was decaying in front of her.

A single moment turned her world to stone - the betrayal of a guy that had been in her dreams for years. A guy with curly, chocolate brown hair and tattoos. Initially, he swooped in and played Prince Charming perfectly, until he turned out to be the villain in her story. A guy that stole her dreams and crushed her soul in a single action. That perhaps what happened to her was not her fault, that she is not to blame for what happened to her. 
A man that reminds her that there is no storm that they can't weather... together.
