this is a book based on my ocs in my genshin impact fanfiction called maid, a kaeya x reader book! this will mainly focus on the life of and perspective of the reader's father, luca, who is a prominent character in maid. as such, abbreviations such as y/n and l/n will be used in the book to denote the reader as the same character in maid. 

this book is mainly focused on the events described by luca in chapters 40 and 41 (xl and xli) in maid, up to and including the events of maid!

Y/n was the cockiest and most competitive person yet the kindest and most caring human being you would ever lay eyes on. Was. Y/n was a people pleaser with strict parents who expected great things. Was. The only way you get to know about y/n now is if you ask Jean, Kaeya, Diluc, or their parents. You can visit them though! Their grave, or maybe the paintings in the Cathedral? Y/n is well known throughout Mondstadt, as they were a cheerful and hardworking individual who made everyone feel welcome and loved.
