As night descends, Zahra's serene slumber is abruptly disturbed by strange noises. Choosing to ignore them, she drifts back into sleep, only to awaken the next morning to a scene of chaos; eerie figures now haunt her street, and her once safe home has been invaded by terrifying intruders.



Hello! Three years ago, I wrote a short story for my descriptive writing GCSE, and it was an enjoyable experience. I received a high score, and I've decided to share it with you all to see if you enjoy it as much as I do. Although I've made some revisions, I've retained the original concept.
