Of Ghosts and Cherry Blossoms | Sakura Haruno [REWRITE]

The anomaly of ghosts didn't faze Sakura Haruno. Why would it? It's something she had grown used too most of her life. Why, may some ask?

Sakura could see ghosts, she didn't like it. It wasn't normal. It was weird. It was uncanny. She considered herself a freak.

She knew something was up when she woke up, and the population of Konoha had doubled. It had distorted her seven year old senses, seeing multiple people floating a few inches above ground. The symbolisation of their death shown through their slightly see through, discoloured souls.

She had gotten used to it, and had ignored it for most of her life. (Tried to anyway)

But she could quite ignore it much longer when two ghosts ran into her (quite literally) on the abandoned training grounds on a dark, lonely night, two days after Sasuke abandoned the village.

Well, how could she ignore it? Ghosts couldn't touch any physical matter. So with her interest piqued, she straightened her resolve and decided to abandon her goal of ignoring ghosts and engaging in a conversation with them.

That night in the dark training grounds had changed her life forever.
