"Oppi I can't do this! I lost you once! I lost both my sparkmate and my siblings! I can't continue this war for you" , I say desperately clinging to him so that he can't leave.

Optimus tries to gently pull me off of him but once I tighten my grip he sighs and says-

"My spark, I know this is a lot to ask of you but I need your help. You are the one I trust the most to continue the small amount of peace we have established."

Desperately clinging onto him I practically wail-

"The peace won't last Optimus! You know just as well as I do that the humans will hunt us all down! I need you here! I need my leader, my Sire here!"

A pained look appears in his optics, and for just a second I feel hope that he will stay.

"Sweet Spark you know as well as I that if I stay we are endangering more human lives. If this happens we will be hated even more. Besides, no matter how much you say you hate humans, you can never forget that you yourself were once human. And I know you will not sit by and watch your planet's destruction happen if you can do something about it."

My spark breaks a little more as I realize he's right. While some humans are nothing more than monsters, there are some like Sam and Michaela or the Yeagers. Besides, I love this planet so much. It's the only home I've ever known. Optimus pulls closer to me and holds my face up as Energon tears leak from my optics. He smiles at me before gently kissing away my tears. My spark hums in appreciation and sorrow at his affection and having to once again be separated from my father.

This is my story. My birth name is Birdie Blu, named after my WWII hero grandma, and this is my story. The story of how a simple 16-year-old girl turned into a war-ridden woman. I can guarantee you this, read AKI JABAROSA'S book and you will watch as I become...

(A TFP Ratchet x femme reader fanfiction) A love they thought could never be broken. A love they both had since young bots in that small medical class so long ago back on Cybertron. ...A love that abruptly and unwillingly paused for them both. Ratchet felt that sharp pain every day since she offlined hit him deep in the spark, making it almost impossible to breathe. Yet he pushed through, for her. She was gone, and the sparkbond they shared was the only thing that kept him connected to her even though it caused him so much mental and physical pain. Until he impulsively cut it off one day, as his mental health couldn't take the memories that came back to keep him grieving every single day. It hurt him to finally say goodbye, but he needs to let her go so she can Rest in Peace. The bond was erased as Ratchet felt the pain slowly deteriorate away, leaving a forever empty hole in his spark as his lubricated tears leaked down the sides of his cheekplates. It doesn't help that soon into the future, Ratchet will realize just how big of a mistake he made when his supposed offlined sparkmate comes back into his life. Having erased the sparkbond while his lover was in deep stasis, she couldn't file the bond and so her one true love was erased from her processor in an instant. Left with regret for his selfish decisions, Ratchet has one adjective: Make her fall in love with him all over again. After all, there's always an alternative to a negative. - "Irreplaceable...irreplaceable you." Ratchet muttered through his gargled speech, wiping his optics for the millionth time that night. The medbay was silent throughout the still night. It always was. But he knew if she was here she'd be so vividly loud with just her smile it was enough to paint the walls with such euphoria. He clenched his spark as it started to act up just by the thought of her smile. It hurt. But it was worth it. -Started 3/19/21- -Completed 6/23/22-

In that moment, with my clothes still damp and my hair still dripping, I realised that the trajectory of my entire life had been monumentally shifted. The course had changed direction, the tracks set for a new destination, my mundane worries now a long-distant past. It had changed the second I'd knocked on Raf's bedroom door. I'd picked it when I saw his robot-patterned curtain fluttering in the breeze. The leader of the Autobots noticed the new human in his base. I felt the weight of him when his blue eyes pinned themselves on me. His presence stole me of breath, his aura both stifling and magnanimous. The dials of his eyes spun as he silently regarded me. What I didn't realise was just how much my life would change still. ••••• After simultaneously losing her job and stumbling her way into the midst of a secret intergalactic war, workaholic and chronic perfectionist Y/n Esquivel finds herself head-to-head with the version of a self she painfully wished she could be; Autobot leader Optimus Prime. But Optimus Prime's perfectionism was a curse given rather than a boon granted. Beneath his perceived flawlessness is someone lost, grieving, and carrying the burden of millions of deaths on his shoulders. As Y/n and Optimus grow closer, as secrets are unfurled and wishes unravelled, they begin to heal. Though their differences may be stark, they find that their similarities inside are plentiful. But this is still war, and in war, everything sacred is eventually destroyed. --- [optimus prime x reader] [tfp x tfone au]

But when an escape comes in the form of five non-biological beings from a planet by the name of Cybertron, she takes the opportunity bait, sinker, and line. Surely she will never face such hardships again as long as she sticks with them, right? It seems her destiny has not been set through the calmest of seas, but now she has five Autobots to call her friends and nothing appears to be able to stop this young inventor. And yet, she always picks the most dangerous of fights. The Autobots must learn quickly how to handle their new ally, though it does not always seem possible.
