The year is 2028 and it has been 8 years since Alex and Henry's private relationship turned into an international sex scandal. Since then, Alex has gone to law school and now is a civil rights lawyer focusing on cases involving LGBTQ+ and Mexican-American rights. Henry has spent these years building his LGBTQ+ rights foundation opening more youth shelters and clinics worldwide. Alex and Henry have settled into a beautiful home in Alexandria, Virginia with their three-year-old daughter, Helena Camilla Claremont-Diaz-Fox-Mountchristen-Windsor, Lena for short. She has Henry's piercing blue eyes and Alex's beautiful brown curly hair. The happy family is awaiting the arrival of another little one in a few short months. But what happens when tragedy strikes back home in Windsor? Will Henry have to suddenly uproot his family and move to another country?
