Hester Crowspelt's life is the average human and adult experience; a horrible job, a horrible boyfriend, a weird life. And yet all of that is churned upside down, her safety quarters rooted from it's firm places as a fungi pandemic strikes humanity; and so, with fierce determination and her belief in what is right, she manages to try and find a cure to these 'undead' creatures who she could've potentially called her family.
