In a grim future, the United States has become divided into two nations. In the southern nation of Hemlock, the controlled masses known as "Victims" are refused simple rights known to American in the past such as the rights to love freely, speak your mind, or freedom of religion. The Deceivers are working to control the population and keep a constant state of war. The Infiltrators do the dirty work of the Deceivers.
An everyday citizen, Blue, known in Hemlock as Subject 1116, has had enough of these rules and has decided he would rather live life as a fugitive participating in acts of love than to be a mindless pawn of the Deceivers of Hemlock.
This is his story.

Based on the Album made by Nocturne's Kiss titled Edge Of The Outside
