This is a first in a possible series of short stories titled "New Horizons" where the ghost bird academy boys find love and heartache with another lead character.
North is angry with his team and feels more misunderstood than ever. However, one night while in a dingy bar drowning his sorrows, his life suddenly changes. He meets the girl of his dream. A sweet brunette who understands him completely and who begs to be understood by others. This chance encounter between them leads them to have a night to remember and for hidden feelings to come forth. But what happens when dawn breaks and the sun shines its light on their little adventure? Will things remain the same or truths be revealed? And how will this new girl fit in with chaotic life that is the academy and the boys?

How does she manage having the guys barging into her life? How does she balance life as a hunter, her condition, and social life? And how can she keep her childhood friend in all of this? Fictional scenarios involving the five love interests from the game Love and Deepspace; right from Delululand. Ever since I've stumbled upon this game on social media, I'm down this rabbit hole. This starts off with what I imagine to be a continuous story over more than a few chapters. Let's see how long we can escalate things. These scenarios involve heavy spoilers - so I do advise a certain level of progress story- and memory/myth-wise in the orginial cannon (You should know about "Homecoming Wings") Disclaimer: Naturally, I don't own any of the actual characters but take them as inspiration for this fictional story. Nine boys saved Sang from her abusive home. Nine boys loved her, and she loved them. But nine boys wouldn't let her learn to stand on her own two feet. Nine boys had her on a pedestal and was keeping her chaste and innocent until they decided it was just puppy love and they wanted a mature relationship. They'd grown apart or so they thought. Sang leaves on her own to find her own way and stand on her own two feet. She runs into the Toma team who treat her like a woman, and the Blackbourne team is realizing their mistake. When Gabriel and Sang are assigned to watch over bullying happening in a children's art class, Sang is on cloud nine that she actually gets to help with a mission. There's a catch though. Gabriel has to clean up his language, or they both will get kicked off the assignment. Not to be daunted, Sang comes up with a clever way to "Sweeten up" his colorful way of speaking to get them both through the assignment. But will they still be speaking to each other by the end of the mission, or even finish it without dropping the F bomb in a class full of little kids? It's anyone's bet.
