"H-huh?!" Yuna groaned as she struggled to open her heavy eyes. They were sore and infected, bloodshot from whatever torment she had endured. Panic set in as she realized she could barely see. "I-I can't see! Wh-where am I?" she stammered, her voice quivering with fear. She tried blinking to clear her vision, but it was a painful effort.

The sharp sound of metal clinking reached her ears, and Yuna's heart raced as she found herself shackled by cold, unforgiving chains. She glanced down at her hands, her sight still blurry. Dust coated her skin, and her wrists were painfully bound. "Wha-what is this?" she whispered, a mix of confusion and dread tightening in her chest.

Peering ahead, Yuna made out a blurry figure not too far away. The person had dark hair and wore a white tank top with worn, jean-colored trousers. Their hands were also chained, and they sat on the ground with one leg bent in a V-shape, an elbow resting casually on it, head bowed low.

Desperation clawed at Yuna as she tried to recognize the figure. She was almost lying down, her body weak and barely able to move. She uttered a name, almost a plea, "K-kai?"

The head lifted slowly, revealing a devilish smirk that sent a chill down her spine. "Wakey, wakey, your highness," the figure sneered, their voice dripping with mockery. Then, they erupted into a cruel, mocking laugh that echoed through the room.
