The Government assigned one of their best Secret agent Mia Lee to bring down the powerful mafia called The Phoenix. She is very good at her job, but this mission is very hard. One night, feeling sad because she can't catch the criminals, she goes to a club to drink alone.

There, she meets a very handsome and mysterious man named Ethan Blackwood. She doesn't know that Ethan is not only a rich businessman but also the leader of The Phoenix. As they spend time together, Mia starts to like Ethan, but she also feels something is not right.
