In a dystopian world where power is everything and genetic experimentation is the norm, a government test subject named 001 undergoes countless experiments to enhance their abilities. As they endure the pain and suffering of these tests, they unknowingly gain teleportation powers and accidentally escape their cell. However, it's not long before Haven Town's mad Mayor and Head Geneticist in charge, Dr. Syreenya, finds out about this newfound ability and decides to use 001 as a weapon for her own twisted purposes.

001 is forced into a life of torture and torment, their body pushed beyond its limits by the sadistic experiments, and their mind broken. As they become more powerful through each test, they begin to question why they were chosen for these horrors. Their only solace comes from dreams of freedom and escape, which grow stronger with every gain in power.

And one day, they break free, and unleash onto the city their vengeance.
