So basically this is about the adventures of Captain Shinsou and his first mate. The two are looking for a new crew after they lost their crew in a massive storm.

My Hero Academia: Day before the Storm (IzuOcha)
There is a storm coming, and the future of the entire hero society lays in the balance. After returning to UA, Izuku and Ochako struggle to find their way back to one another. Some distance has grown between the two close friends, for a number of reasons. Japan is still in chaos though. Will they reconnect in time so that they can face the upcoming challenge together? Maybe a small gathering of the whole class 1A can give them a chance to work things out. At Least We're Messed Up Together (Shinkami But They're Both Mentally Ill)
I'm walking down the hall of UA as usual but today i'm walking past 1-C and too class 1-A. Mr. Aizawa finally convinced principal Nezu to let me transfer into the hero course after months of trying. All of a sudden I see a cute looking boy with yellow hair with a black zigzag speed walking towards me-wait no he stoped... and opened the door to 1-A. What will happen when when Shinso and Kaminari meet, and almost immediately click? Read the shocking story "At Least We're Messed Up Together" to find out! After Koda moves into the support course, a new space in Class 1-A opens up. Shinsou, whose goal is to become a hero, immediately applies. When he finds he got the place, he's ecstatic, though he doesn't show it, obviously. But being paired up with the self proclaimed 'Lord Explosion Murder' on the first day in his new class, really put a dampener on his mood. Despite the rocky start, these two opposites find something in each other they just can't find with anyone else. I suck a descriptions but I wrote one anyways, Please just read this shit...UA has been breached by zombies after a villains quirk went haywire and they died in the process of unleashing flesh-eating zombies all over Japan. Class 1-A unfortunately got split up and many died for the cause of protecting others.
