After discovering the existence of a supernatural, and rather odd girl, Y/n Hopper finds herself becoming an older sister and caretaker to yet another child who has become apart of their "party." Nancy is a great friend of y/n's (had never dated Steve in this universe), and so is Jonathan. Steve had still always picked on Jon for no apparent reason, but Dustin's fascination with Steve launches him into your direction- his interest in you causing your relationship with Billy to feel... superficial.
After Will was rescued from the Upside Down, everyone assumed things would go back to normal. Little did the party know, that was far from the truth.

Moving into the small town of Hawkins during her sophomore year of high school wasn't a treat, but she didn't let it ruin her spirits too much. In fact, she even made some new friends along the way. Granted, most of them were in middle school and were major nerds, but that didn't bother her. She even joined in on some of their DnD campaigns whenever they invited her. It was fun, that was until one of the kids, Will, went missing. Along the way to finding him, (Y/N) befriends some people from her own school, including the goody-two-shoes Nancy Wheeler, and her boyfriend, Steve "The Hair" Harrington. She never really understood why everyone was obsessed with Steve. Or was everyone obsessed with his hair? She never knew. He could be a real asshole sometimes, too. But for whatever reason, she finds herself becoming closer with him the more they hang out. Maybe the king himself wasn't all too bad. - I've rewritten this book as I didn't like the plot all too much! You can find it on my profile titled "Waiting For A Girl Like You".
