Mother Goose and the Freezing Point

Before time and the universe itself, lies the cosmos and Earth. Legendary guardians of the children ruled and protected the world. The first and known leader was Gaia; Mother Nature, Guardian of Earth. A treasure and a great friend to her fellow guardians. But the balance of life and Earth was shattered after a historical war that left Earth decaying almost into withered dust. Mother Nature couldn't bare seeing the sight of this and sacrificed her own soul and life to restore Earth back into her beloved home and dearest friends, leaving them to mourn her death in honor for the rest of their life. Her death wasn't in vain, and a new bud blossomed from the core of Earth, gifted with incredible power. To the world, she was humanly named Katherine. But to the immortal legends, she's known as Mother Goose.

Let me explain. Yes, this is based off of the books, Guardians of Childhood, but I am not following that story. This follows Katherine discovering who she is the sheer adventures. This follows the story of her and Jack Frost, how they met and their unconditional love. In the original story, Katherine knew Nightlight. But I wanted to create a different timeline story where she meets Jack Frost. I hope you all enjoy this story. I'm not sure how it's going to turn out, but hey, hope you all enjoy.
