Wang Yibo, a medical doctor from Harvard University, was born into a prestigious family. His mother is a judge, and his father is a general. Given their backgrounds, it is no surprise that Wang Yibo was driven to pursue a successful career in the medical field.

On the other hand, Xiao Zhan, a young man living on Jeju Island, faced a very different upbringing. Living with his abusive mother, Xiao Zhan endured constant physical and emotional abuse. In high school, he was subjected to bullying, which led him to give up on his dream of becoming an architect.
