Like Summer Rain

Masie Everett was a quiet girl from the peaceful town of Marlton, Rhode Island, a tight-knit community of like-minded people. Life was predictable until her mother received the opportunity of a lifetime-a groundbreaking research project on the California Sea Lion. This meant the Everetts would relocate to Startford, California, a bustling city just twenty minutes from Los Angeles. Really quick I have some notes!!

1. I try not to physically describe the Everett's in race, eye color, hair, etc. so that you can imagine them how you'd like BUT if enough people would like my to describe the Everett's then I will 🩷

2. Be patient with me! I have this thing where I find a new hobbie and I'll be really into it for a month or two but then I take a really long break from it so just be patient I guess.

3. If anything in this could be taken as offensive please lmk and I'll make sure I change that! I know that as someone who doesn't have to deal with discrimination that I'm unaware of some things. I'd love to educate myself on things that may be rude or offensive 🩷

4. I may be in honors English classes and also have grammarly but that doesn't mean I'm perfect 😭 don't make fun of my spelling or grammar please and thank you 🙏.
