Travis struggles, a lot. It would be hilarious to say he is a kind boy to others except- he may be? He struggles with all the pressure from his family but will someone be there to help him? This is my first time attempting to write a long story! This is more of a comfort story so I probably won't be able to update it too often but I'll try my best. This story will take place during the time of the game and I'll try my best to make it as cannon as possible. Any feedback would be really helpful so please don't be scared to mention my mistakes bc i'm definitely not a great writer This is based off what I interpret Sal n Travis' relationship status to be before and after the note! Sally's Face
For as long as he's known "Sally Face," hes has an emotionless white and pink face with the holes of his eyes being the only peak into his humanity. The eerie mask was all Travis saw of the boy for a long time. Getting to know the boy he found out why the prosthetic was worn and how it was not just some gay fashion statement. But even as he got friendly, or more than friendly, with Sal, he didn't see under the medical device until after high school Sal had never shown his face purposely to anyone, most the time it was on accident. With Travis he specifically wanted to show the horror that is what was left of his face. He trusted Travis and wanted to take that step in their relationship. But after he did, nothing changed, whenever he was with Travis he was still covered. Sal hated the way he looked, he barley had his prosthetic off when he was by himself, much less with his friends or family. This fact was one that Travis hated. Travis is determined to help Sal feel more comfortable in his own skin. Feel more confident without his mask, whether it was when he was alone or accompanied by his boyfriend.Complete

Toby's a 6'0, buff football player. Vince is a 5'10, lanky emo kid. They're both in the closet. Toby hates himself for being the way he is, because his dad is a homophobic. Vince is okay with the way he is, but does't want to come out because he already gets bullied enough. Toby finds out and outs Vince to the whole school. Vince finds out and tries to help Toby accept who he is. They grow close and love blooms. Can Toby finally come out, or tell his dad for that matter? - I wrote this in the eight grade so I know there are plot holes and awful detailing :( sorry for the low quality story man but I just don't have the time or energy to edit or rewrite this. He was miserable, gay and being suffocated by the grip of his father's religiousness. Sal Fisher- the new kid in town, the exact thing Travis hated. Gay and transgender, on the outside happy with his life. On the inside, dying from a heart disease and living with a verbally abusive alcoholic father. Both were miserable, though it was hardly obvious to outsiders. They were polar opposites yet the exact same. Brought together by the very same religiousness that was slowly killing them, the two are at first enemies. Though after growing together, they make a decision. They were going to run away. Travis grew up knowing a couple things. One of those things was that being gay was a sin, and that if you were gay, or anything like that, you're going to hell. Or at least, that's what he was told. But after an incident with Sal in the boys washroom, Travis starts to think that he might have been wrong the whole time. Just a quick warning, this is a pretty heavy story and contains things like abuse (both verbal and physical), drug use, suicidal thoughts and attempts, slurs and swearing. I'm adding trigger warnings but read carefully, don't force yourself to read anything you don't want to :) Otherwise enjoy the story!Complete

Larry knows Travis Phelps is the worst. he's a self absorbed, hateful, judgmental, Bible thumping, church boy... or is that how he chooses to be seen, when Larry overhears something that makes Travis sound.. less hateful then usual, he gets curious. Travis Phelps and his church friends are.. horrible, or at least that's what their parents say. instead of being themselves they take their anger out on those who can be themselves, but what happens when they're finally forced to confront their own feelings?
