The number two hero, Hawks, may seem like your typical hero. Fighting crime and helping the world. But underneath, he wants it to burn. He spies for the biggest group of villains, L.O.V. After a bit of working for L.O.V., he finds something. One of the villains is a total love bird hidden under tough and angry skin, and this red-feathered love bird strikes a nerve that reveals the hidden side him.

In this AU, Hawks is a little bit of a psychopath. He loves death and causing mayhem. He's Toga 2.0 but male and a little different. His feathers can sense stuff when they aren't connected to him. They can hear sounds by vibrations when popped off.
Dabi gets very angry quickly and throws it out when he does.

NOT EDITED Hawks has to work for the Leauge Of Villians and sees someone who reminds him of his childhood friend. The League doesn't trust him very much so they have someone watch him.
