The number two hero, Hawks, may seem like your typical hero. Fighting crime and helping the world. But underneath, he wants it to burn. He spies for the biggest group of villains, L.O.V. After a bit of working for L.O.V., he finds something. One of the villains is a total lovebird hidden under tough and angry skin, and this red-feathered lovebird strikes a nerve that reveals the hidden side of him.

In this AU, Hawks is a little bit of a psychopath. He loves death and causing mayhem. He's Toga 2.0, but male and a little different. His feathers can sense stuff when they aren't connected to him. They can hear sounds through vibrations when popped off.
Dabi gets very angry quickly and throws it out when he does.

It ended as beautifully as it began... holding a single red feather in his grasp, the wind gently blowing through it. His burning blue eyes staring so intensely it could have burnt a hole through it. Slowly he moved his line of focus from the feather to the grey sky hanging above.
