Oscar, out of options, decides to accept their help, and sets in motion a series of impossible events that will cumulate in confronting Salem herself, in her own fortress. Along the way, they recruit unexpected allies such as Winter Schnee, Raven Branwen, Emerald Sustrai, Mercury Black, and many others. They also uncover secrets about Ozpin that even the lamp couldn't show them, and they just might change everything they thought they knew about Remnant. (This story will deviate heavily from canon, including in ships and character deaths, I decided to tell it my own way, and I don't expect it to be everyone's flavor, but I do promise it's interesting. I love RWBY's original concept and did my best to write with that in mind. All canon events before volume 6 are the same, everything after the Argus arc will be slightly different, and everything after Atlas will be my own invention.)
