Sophia always wins.
Alexia never looses.
The two perfect midfielders catch themselves disliking the other. Hating eachother, even.
Both are perfect in their complete different ways.
Everyone loves Sophia.
In a way they all envy her, she's perfect, but very easy to get on the wrong side of her. She had qualities that are very easy to dislike, cold to everyone, meaningless flirting, cockiness, being almost too good at football, and the list goes on. Not to mention her reputation, and her temper.
Everyone admires Alexia. She's perfect, she's friendly, she's hardworking, she's fair and gives second chances.
And yet, although Alexia can get along with everybody effortlessly, they can never get along with eachother.

Perfection...
She has to be perfect. If she's not perfect, she's not performing. If she's not performing, she's benched. If she's benched, she's not Alexia. From Champions League winner to Ballon D'or winner, she's been her.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, Sam barely gets by. She's a single mom. She works several jobs. She's practically Barcelona's social outcast and not because she's a single mother.
But just before the Euros, she walks into the restaurant with friends and Alexia begins to see perfection elsewhere. The only question that stands is: Can either of them handle the pressure of imperfections?
