Yokohama has been the talk of Japan since Quirks first appeared. It was the only city in the world that Quirks did not appear in, due to a barrier protecting the city. | | | | (A lot of things will be changed, you will understand more as you read. But I will give a brief summary of changes: -The abuse Akutagawa went through with Dazai was minor and resembled actual training. HE WAS A GOOD MENTOR in other words. -Mori isn't Pedoph!l!c in this and he actually treated the kids in the PM as if they were his kids. The characters may not act canonically, In this story, Dazai and Chuuya are both 15 and still in the port mafia. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. No, that is not my original idea and I got heavy Inspiration from "This Boys Too Young to be Singing the Blues", By Distonail. It's an amazing read, I recommend it. :) Ps.
