In a time long after the extinction of humanity, creatures known as faunoids (sapient creatures created from the DNA of humans and animals) dwell peacefully in the Animalia Galaxy. After having experienced millennia of grueling war, the various genotypes and phenotypes of faunoids have established a treaty of peace and harmony. However, after more than three hundred years of relative peace, the Animalia Galaxy is entering a new age of war.

Now, the various beings that call the Animalia Galaxy home must unite around the mysterious superstructure known as the Bastion if they expect to survive the upcoming conflict. They must learn to put aside their differences and fight as one lest they be enslaved or annihilated by new threats they've never faced before.
