A few years back, A depressing murder-homicide turned the small town of Fairview, Connecticut upside down when popular highschooler Allie Bell was murdered and her boyfriend Sam Storm was accused before taking his own life. But seventeen-year old Roman Royal is convinced the serial killer was not Sam and the murderer is still lurking. He decides to befriend the younger brother of the supposed murderer, Virgil Storm, and goes through with an investigation under the disguise of a senior school project. Unfortunately for Roman, each step he takes, puts him in greater risk, yet continues through the treacherous storm of clues to find the true story with the help of his closest friends. Will he be able to solve the dark mystery without getting too close to the edge or will the mystery fall with him?
