This is an AU story with one of my OCs, Jayden Graybinde- it includes cannon events and takes place sometime after MW1 [2007]. This will include some of my personal headcannons and ships.
This *will* have some supernatural things in it but it will not be the main theme of the story. I know mundane stories that get overwhelmed with supernatural things can ruin the original story, (RIP Riverdale), so I wanted to give a warning to this. It won't overflow the main storyline or anything and it is still focused on war.
Some TWs I plan to have involved at a certain point (though I am mainly BSing my way through this for my own writing excersizes.) These include:
- Self Harm and mentions of Suicide
- Character Death
- Past Trauma
- Animal Death (Likely only a mention or flashback)
- Angst
- Smut
I will add more warnings as necessary.

The fanfic takes place two years after the Modern Warfare III campaign. Follow our heroine, Sariah "Castiel" Samuels, as she finds her place in a foreign country and within her team. With all the crazy in the world, and with hope slowly dying, Castiel must rise up with her fellow task force members to defeat the world's greatest threat, Vladimir Makarov. Along the way, she befriends Gaz and Price, and slowly becomes part of the 141 family. Ghost, on the other hand, is not initially pleased with Castiel's arrival. No one can replace Soap, and he is almost offended that this smalltown, stubborn, American southern ex-pilot thinks she can ever try to replace him. However, perhaps there is more to her than meets the eye. Maybe she can finally teach Ghost to trust and care again and heal from past wounds. The reader does go by the callsign "States" and has a slight background story, but it's not super important to the storyline.

The mission was to extract information from an agent in jungle. Drop in grab the info from the location and quickly and quietly move through the jungle to exfil. Easy in out intel mission. But... She was so quiet I didn't even hear her, next thing I know I have a gun to my temple and a set of eyes fixed on me. She took the information package and was gone in seconds. But those eyes, she saw right through me just as I did her. Those few moments felt like hours. I can't get those eyes out of my mind. Three hours later she's waiting for me at the exfil site. I can't let her get to me, crawl under my skin. But I have to know more about her. Soap says she goes by Reaper and she's assisting the 141 in taking down a terrorist organisation. It's a big mission plenty of time for me to find out what I need to know, what's behind those eyes... before Soap gives her all my secrets. WARNING. This is a violent fanfic. 14 and abandoned but taken in by a soldier , how will life be and will you trust him or turn away ? A/n-I don't own cod nor mw2 or any of the characters but please do enjoy this fanfic :D For the people who keep asking me about my child reader books about them being "ship" books , I'll say it again. MY BOOKS ATE NOT A RELATIONSHIP SHIP THING IT IS A TYPE FAMILY THING !! IVE had people ask the same thing to many times and how they thought it was like a literal adult x childreader so I had to clarify so they didn't get it twisted but it's like who even fucking does that like that is so wrong and morally wrong like why would I do that ?
