Daly leads an organisation of resistance fighters against the military occupation of his country. One day, a new recruit joins the resistance that sparks something in him he's never felt before.

He tries his hardest to keep fighting an increasingly desperate and perilous battle, while keeping his people safe. But will he also manage to stave off his growing feelings for his newest comrade?

This story is my attempt to answer the question: what would an erotic story look like if it wasn't informed by porn - and its tired conventions? At least that's how I started out, but the psychology ended up being the main focus over the sex. It's my first published story, and I welcome constructive feedback.
