It's the 1980s... when a teenage boy Azriel Carver a conspiracy theorist moves back to his hometown in San Francisco. He meets a group of daring troubled teen boys who are fascinated by the " Satanic Panic" Movement.

befriending them Azriel meets a Teenager who often inspires the group of boys boy but believes that he may be in connection with an unknown serial killer in the town.

Which leads him and his sister to a bold investigation soon they spend their summer spying on him and gathering evidence, but as they get closer to discovering the truth, things get dangerous.
