Hundreds of years ago, monsters and humans both lived on the surface. The relationship was unstable, and it was no surprise when war broke out between the races. Monsters, weakened and outnumbered, hid underground and used their magic to create a shield- nothing comes in, and nothing comes out. After generations passed, humans and monsters started to forget and regarded each other as myths. But something else happened with the generations. Monsters lost their magical ability. That begs the question, what will happen to the shield? 

There is a small girl named Nimiee. She will be the one to find the answer to that question, whether she likes it or not.All Rights Reserved

In legend, monsters snapped up children from villages, hid in dark corners, and ate the souls of the weak or unprepared. When a young child chooses to flee into the mountain rather than face human capture, they find out that these monsters might not just be characters in old children's stories. Frisk Foster, an eight-year-old child cursed by hereditary blindness, falls into a cavern full of merciless monsters, all of which want nothing more than to steal their soul. Armed with only their sense of justice and kindness, Frisk must travel across the underground to get back home. Yet when faced with the terrible truth of the consequence of their escape, can they truly find the will to complete their mission?
