The content of her note is all she knows about her mysterious mother and father. she has always felt different and has always been bounced around the system but she finally feels at home when it all happens. This story is NOT about the episode when the Doctor has a Daughter(Most of these characters I didn't come up with like The Doctor and Rose Tyler and a few more.)

(I know this might seem a bit cliché so far, but trust me. I plan on this story being interesting :) This will be a story told through preferences, and it's based during Matt Smith's time as the Doctor.
