Audio and video logs recorded and recovered by either Military-Personal or classified units are to be secured and only viewed by authorized military members or families of the deceased if they are given permission to view or hear such files.
    
    Until said Files are released to the family members or to be ever released to the pubic, all files currently in hold by 4th Echelon division are here by labelled as highly classified until further notice.

    ...I just want this to go on the record that all personnel who is still unaccounted for, should be classified as MIA and not KIA until proven otherwise.
