Hwang Ae-ra is a shy, intuitive girl who likes to travel all around the world.
Kim Namjoon is a studious, famous rapper and leader of BTS, finishing their tour, their last international concert at the Rose Bowl Stadium in California.
As Ae-ra loves the group, she is very conservative about her interests and does not have many friends, none except for two... Park Bo-gam & Xieu Lao Han. The three have been inseparable since they met, and it has made all the joy in their heart.
Namjoon has always loved the quiet nature and a good book, but as time progresses, he finds himself getting enervated and looking for change. He wants someone to spend time with and have calm moments where they sit in each other's presence or have sonorous, meaningful conversations.
Ae-ra is given a conspicuous assignment from her psychology class to do a social experiment for three months. Her task was to take on the role of a mute person who had a traumatic accident that ruined her vocal cords and is going through a healing process.
It all goes downhill when she bumps into Namjoon at a comic book store and spark a flame that brings them together.
But when he finds out that she is not really mute, what will happen? Will the bond they made all be for nothing? The honesty? The trustworthiness? Only words can be spoken to dig deeper into the chasm of dark secrets that lie within the epiphany of trauma and suffering.

Nara was so inspired by Kim Namjoon's songs that she decided to spend a month in Korea to study that language, try and change her life taking a creative writing course and last but not least, go to his concert. Although she had a hard time to get to that country, she wants to leave her troubles behind for a while before she returns to Brazil to sort out her family problems. She wants to improve her writing while she's there and that was her only focus. After being well-received by her new roommate and a fellow Brazilian student, the young adult decides to stroll around her campus on her own, even though she can't see so well without her glasses that just got broken. She expected to have something to drink, but unexpectedly, a really gentle guy helps her translating the menu. Their conversation flows nicely, although she can't see his face well, and Nara likes that the first Korean person she meets also speaks English. As she is just learning his language, that first interaction in English goes from helpful to friendly. In order to pay back for the tea that he offered her, she gets his phone number. The conversation they start leads to an unexpected relationship, just as unexpected as the identity of that guy, who has an awkard reaction to her mobile lockscreen with Kim Namjoon's face on it.
