Jessica Kahal is a competitive swimmer with outstanding skills. She has great endurance, strength, excellent swimming stroke mechanics, and knows well how to insulate against heat loss when in the water below body temperature, that can result in better energy conservation. As a professional swimmer, Jessica has received many awards as well as honors. In 1999, she received the Most Improved swimmer award in Frosh/Soph Water Polo, and in 2000, she won the Most Valued Player (MVP) award during Frosh/Soph swimming competition. In 2003, she received Semper Fidelis Bandsman award from the U.S. Marine Corps.
