I'm Azuna Lauren Guzman, born and raised in Bohol, now pursuing a law degree. Growing up in a household bound by toxic perfectionism, I've spent my life striving for approval, seeking attention, yet never quite measuring up to the high expectations set before me. My worth was always tied to achievements, leaving me with unspoken traumas from a childhood where nothing seemed good enough.

To make matters worse, I've always had an academic rival, Jaylan, whose successes seem to put mine in the shadows, magnifying my insecurities. The constant comparisons from my parents only add to the feeling of never quite measuring up. As if that weren't difficult enough, I also face bullying for my dark skin-a part of me that makes me stand out but, unfortunately, becomes a source of cruel judgment.

I yearn for self-acceptance and freedom, yet my past and the expectations around me leave me feeling trapped. Until one day, the nightmare I'd always feared became reality. I found myself behind bars-a place I had once imagined was filled with criminals, only now, I'm living the harsh reality of that imagination.
