(Based on the S and D tier Tiktok Series by Lighthouse Raiders) In a world of heroes and villains, no villain is feared more than the infamously deadly S Tier. But in his day to day life he is Alex Harris, someone with near god-like powers who is perpetually looking for ways to fend off his perpetual boredom. Morgan Richman is a low level villain who has made their career on elaborate heists, nefarious hijinks, and somewhere along the way wound up with the S Tier villain as their roommate and best friend.
