Proud student of Celestia, young colt Irradiance enjoys playful adventures with his friends. One fateful day, Irradiance's curiosity leads him and the other students into the forbidden Everfree Forest, where the colt is drawn to a withered, corrupted crystal tree. Upon touching it, he becomes encased in crystals, paralyzing him. Although he manages to free himself, his horn and hooves remain crystallized, alienating him from his peers. Devastated by the rejection and bullying that follows, Irradiance retreats to live in the Everfree Forest, where he becomes known as the mysterious "Crystal Beast." Years later, a group of skeptical ponies venture into the forest and encounter the reclusive Irradiance, leading to a journey of self-discovery, friendship, and a quest to cure his crystal curse. However, unbeknownst to them, a cunning Changeling Queen has sinister plans that could alter their destinies forever.
Will Irradiance find the cure to this mysterious curse? Or will the ponies fall victim to a greater evil?

In the human world mirroring Equestria, magic scarcely seeps through. But when it does, it's bad. And college newcomer Innocent Sun gets the worst of it. The tale of the Equestrian Innocent Sun is finished. For now, at least. A brand new tale, featuring her human counterpart, is about to unfold! Nothing will be quite the same as before. Weird happenings twist the mundane, symbols of cryptic gods obsess the innocent, and normalcy slips away to reveal uncanny fortresses designed by the demons of nightmare. Can Innocent Sun survive it all? And even worse... can she survive college? No reading of the first two SoI stories is needed! This is a fresh slate. Expect a mix of light moments and the occasional scene of pseudo-horror (it's my thing, I gotta do it!). I do not own concepts from Hasbro's My Little Pony: Equestria Girls, such as characters like Fluttershy, or general concepts such as Equestrian magic.

And Megatron is not about to let another would-be conqueror steal his prize. Equestria also has it's problems when Queen Chrysalis returns to Canterlot, bent on usurping Celestia and Luna.
