What happens when a girl from the countryside moves to the big city for a new start? What happens when she has to start a brand new school year? A year being accepted into the most prestigious hero school in the country. She has to prove herself while working with her peers, showing them that she isn't to be underestimated, all while getting used to the city life.

After a messy divorce, Genie Suzuki and her mother have to find their way around the big city and discover a whole new world after she gets accepted in UA high school, a school for gifted fighters, one day heroes. She could have never believed that she would make it into the big leagues but this was the chance of a lifetime and she couldn't give it up. Luckily, quick friends with the neighbor boy helps set her on the right path.

Although she applied with only the thought of school, she learned her class and her life here could be so much more. She makes tons of friends and even an rival, Katsuki Bakugou. His dream to become the number one clouds his mind and inflates his ego at every turn and she is determined to show him that he isn't all that he thinks he is. Slowly she begins to realize that he is a lot more than ego under the surface. Can she learn to like this new part of him? Only way to know is to try.
