Why did Gideon join Kassia?

Prequel to Millie, Controller Of Mothra and the main Kazilla series.

Spring 1953 in a forest in Tokyo, Japan, Gideon has passed all his training about magic and is now ready to face the real world as a magic controller. But, one day, an old rabbit known as the Wise One grants him a special power through an ancient magical stone known as the Kazilla. The power was to make him turn into the giant king of flame himself, Rodan. Gideon must use this power wisely and face peril as his tribe, the Ancient Rabbits is in danger of an exiled rogue rabbit hunting for revenge.

Will Gideon be able to handle this power well? Or will he fail in the paws of a savage exiled rabbit hunting for revenge...
