Moving day stirs up more than dust for Betty and her young daughter, Allison, when a forgotten box breaks open, revealing a worn scrapbook simply titled The Manuscript. As Allison peers inside, her curiosity grows, especially when she sees her mother's face in a faded Polaroid-with none other than Taylor Swift. Betty hadn't planned on diving into the memories locked away in that scrapbook, but Allison's excitement and questions pull her back in time.

As they turn the pages together, each picture unearths a piece of Betty's past, one layered with long-buried dreams, hidden heartbreaks, and unanswered questions that still haunt her. Through the scrapbook, Betty shares tales of friendships that shaped her, loves that changed her, and choices that led her to this very moment. But as the past unfurls, Betty realizes that some memories don't just offer closure-they also reopen wounds she thought had healed.

Enjoy this touching Novella about how looking backwards is often the only way to move forward.

Dear Rory, I'm sorry about what I said. I'm leaving for LA in two days. Can we talk before then, please? We can just drive around as usual. I don't know how to do this if you're upset with me. Call me please. I'm staying at my parents' house. Love, Taylor *** Aurora Taylor has been living her best life for the past ten years or so. She works for Odyssey, a travel magazine based in New York City, New York, where she gets to go on dozens of trips a year to the most beautiful corners on earth to write articles about her journey. When she's not travelling, she also dabbles in fiction writing, a little secret passion of hers only few people know about. When the pressure of her two jobs gets a little too hard to manage, she decided to take a week off in a beautiful town at the beach in Northern Italy. A week full of unadulterated fun and relaxation, with unlimited glasses of chilled Prosecco and gelato cones. Or, so she thought. Her plans are completely ruined when she runs into someone she never thought she would ever see again. Not in person at least. A ghost from her past. Taylor Swift. Thirteen years and the universe decides to throw them together in a random town in Italy. Taylor does not believe that it is a coincidence. Aurora is a little reluctant to believe it. But thirteen years is a hard number for Taylor to ignore and she is adamant on making things right with the writer who finds it hard to forgive and forget all that was said and done thirteen years ago. *** This story is entirely my work of fiction. All characters and fictional places are from my own imagination except for real celebrities. The timeline is not necessarily a hundred percent accurate to Taylor's for the sake of the story and for it to make sense. I hope you enjoy it!

31 parts Complete Mature

Taylor Swift just got out of a seven year relationship - it was time to go, she knew it in her bones, but still... her pillows were stained with tears. She'd never imagined herself sleeping alone again, living alone, eating alone or crying alone ever again. Life works in funny ways, and it can take you to places that you never expect. She's surprised when a visit to the hospital to visit a friend leads her down a road she thought wasn't meant for her. A child. An eight-year-old little girl with bruises on her wrists and scratches on her cheeks. An eight-year-old little girl named Eloise, who's never known a warm touch or soup when she's sick, or soft toys. Taylor, in learning how to make herself shimmer after only shining with someone else for seven years, has the privilege to help a little girl sparkle for the first time. A little girl who loves her for who she is, not her relationship status, or the things she keeps hidden away. A little girl who loves her even further than saturn.
