Mach knows Pilby's the father due to the only person she did it was with him.

Mach has to watch as her body that's still made of semi-flesh help accomodate a baby,something she's quite not ready to admit she's ready for.

Pilby on the other hand,has to watch Mach slowly realise over time they're gonna be parents.
