Pivot Point Trading is a popular technical analysis strategy used by traders to identify potential support and resistance levels in financial markets. This method revolves around calculating pivotal points based on the previous trading session's high, low, and closing prices.

The central pivot point (P) serves as the primary indicator. It is calculated by averaging the high (H), low (L), and close (C) prices: P = (H + L + C) / 3. From this central pivot, traders derive three key support levels (S1, S2, S3) and three resistance levels (R1, R2, R3), which help predict market movements. The formulas are as follows:
