Draco glanced around the Great Hall, looking for something, anything, to entertain him. He cast his glance over at the Ravenclaw table that neighboured his own, his eyes roaming until they finally landed on a face he did not particularly recognise. She looked about his age, with short hair cut into a blunt bob coloured an unnatural but alluring deep, ruby red. Her eyes were cast downwards as her attention was focussed on the book in her hand.
Draco couldn't help but admire the red-headed Ravenclaw, and as the girl reached up to tuck a stray lock of hair behind her ear, she looked up to meet Draco's gaze. Their eyes locked for several long moments and when she finally looked away, he tilted his head in interest.
"Pansy," he nudged the girl beside him, "who's that at the nerd table?"
Pansy followed his gaze until she located the subject of his interest. "That's Emily Gray, she's our year. And," Pansy cocked her head, "she's had quite the glow up this summer."
"Mhmm," Draco hummed thoughtfully.
Pansy raised an eyebrow at him and smirked in amusement. "Oh no, I know that look," she snickered.
Draco ignored her, casting his glance again at the mysterious girl at the opposite table. He was strangely intrigued by her, why hadn't he noticed her before?
Draco turned to Pansy.
"Tell me everything you know about her."

Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy get unexpectedly transported to the time of Hogwarts Legacy in a potions accident! "Well, you've obviously done something!" Draco continues as the liquid reaches the desk and, before either of them know it, explodes. As the smoke clears Draco coughs and sways on his feet, faintly noticing the now missing desk. Potter also stood stumbling next to him and Draco instinctively grabbed his shoulder to stabilize him. "Um, what just happened?" Potter stammers as he reorients himself. "You added too many dragon scales to the cauldron, that's what!" Draco spits out at his fellow sixth year. "I know that!" Potter shouts, "I meant where the bloody hell we are!" Draco blinks at the statement and finally takes a moment to look around.
