Tomura has never been truly human has he? his own father and grandparents could never love him, his own sister ratted on him and his mother watched. he was left to die until he was groomed and used by a man who wanted him for nothing more than destruction.

his body isn't really his, he is property. he is an experiment.

why should he let people into his mind and heart? they'll do nothing but use it.
forming relations of any kind feels alien to him. he doesn't truly understand anything but hatred. but deep inside he is nothing but a child who was never loved, once given a slight form of affection he begins to crave it.
