Samson's life takes a surreal and horrifying turn as he is haunted by strange visions and a sinister encounter with a celestial being, he starts experiencing an unsettling feeling of being watched. His fears are confirmed when a mysterious woman in red begins stalking him, her presence both terrifying and alluring.

As Samson grapples with these eerie occurrences, he discovers that he is becoming part of "The Grim," a shadowy organization that deals with supernatural retribution. A violent confrontation with the woman reveals her knowledge of his life and the terrible events he has been part of. Through pain and fear, she forces him to confront the truth of his reality and the consequences of his actions.

Caught between the supernatural and his own guilt, Samson must navigate a nightmarish journey where he is both the hunted and a player in a deadly game of retribution and survival.
