Within the multiverse, the Watchers - protectors of the multiverse each gifted with a unique ability- are scattered across multiple earths.

After years of hiding with her aunt, Tarina is found and kidnapped by her father Damien Quinn. Taken to Earth 6, where his company Interstellar Enterprises is located, he insists Tarina is in danger from her Dreamwalker powers and he's the only one who can help her. There, she meets Harlow, who is just as eager to escape from Damien. Tarina can't stand him, but they're forced to work together to escape from Damien and his plans for Tarina.

Fay and Tae - two Watchers who have been trained for years - crash land on the apocalyptic Earth 5. Stranded, they struggle to survive with Fay's crippling injury and absent powers. But when they meet Oliver, another Watcher, they hope to gain an ally and continue their search for the other Watchers.

Eli and Val, unaware of their position in the multiverse, live in the nation Ardaenia as palace guards. But when Eli's injured from an assassination attempt on the princess, the two best friends work together to discover who's behind the attack - all while struggling with their growing feelings and Eli suffering from constant premonitions predicting his death.

As these Watchers face confusing feelings, new friendships, and overwhelming adventure, they discover a new, growing threat to the multiverse - one that will test their limits and force them to face their fates.

When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on.
