Angel of Death is one of the most cruel and terrifying creatures that ever lived. As the child of the Devil he believes that it's his responsibility to brutally kill and torture his victims. Obviously the King of God's won't let him away with it.

When Death is forced to be a Guardian Angel of the kings daughter, as punishment,  he swares to kill her.
