***On Pause for the semester*** When Celeste, a petty thief gets arrested for stealing the princess's necklace she ends up in the pit.  The pit is the kingdom's criminal justice system. The only ways prisoners can escape the pit is through death or if they win the annual competition. Every year prisoners are chosen randomly to compete in a series of fights also known as challenges, the losers die, and the winners move on to the next round. At the end of the competition, the winner gains their freedom. 
       Most prisoners don't get picked to compete in the annual challenges their first year, but when Celeste does she can't imagine that she'll survive the first round. With the help of an unlikely ally will she be able to survive the challenges and return home or will she die trying?

*** The story is a Work in Progress and definitely needs some editing but I'll get to it eventually.All Rights Reserved

SOOO we obviously didn't make the deadline lol. This story is unfinished and will remain that way. This is the best example of a rushed concept with no actual plot lol. However, if they find out that Nyx isn't a man- her whole life will be torn apart, and she will be locked up, or worse, killed. And the trials will easily be Kiran's end, for how strong everyone else is, yet how weak he was. And with a terrible level of self control, Kiran needs to keep his feelings from Nyx for as long as he can. Or that could be his downfall. Extra details: Includes music in a majority of the chapters, thank you to all the creators who made them 🙏. This novel does have deeper meanings as it progresses, so please stick around for it.
