This is a book I'm working on with my lovely sister Avery.
It's about a friend group who rents out a cabin in the woods, but when they show up it looks nothing like the pictures? There's a note on the door that reads: "under any and all circumstances do not watch any horror movies on the property." But they figure it's a prank and do it anyways. To embrace the "aesthetic".
So naturally they watch all the best horror movies. Halloween, Scream, Friday the 13th, nightmare on elm street, Texas chainsaw massacre. Then they go outside to roast marshmallows and talk. But that's when things start going wrong...
Turns out the property is cursed. Any movies you watch, the killers come out...
