When Humanity learns the secret to perfecting the art of Genetic Engineering, there are mixed responses.

GEM, a multi-billion dollar company has made its money on taking full advantage of this knowledge. It wins the public's favor by giving free Genetic Modification to all unborn children at risk for severe diseases. Behind closed doors, they Genetically Modify high risk children with a serum they created to modify the genetics of already existing people.

The GERA, short for Genetic Engineering Regulation Agency, is a government agency built to maintain regulations on Genetic Modification.

Because of the public's love for GEM, the GERA have never been able to enforce the regulations. That all changes when they manage to capture GEM's most talented soldier.

In return for a promise of safety, the soldier agrees to help GERA take down GEM. The only question is what will this soldier's help end up costing?
