When In Rome

A Roman soldier, dedicated and loyal, is falsely accused of a crime and dishonorably discharged from the army. Feeling betrayed by the very institution he served with unwavering commitment, he sets off on a desolate journey back home. Along the way, he encounters a female Roman who is a follower of Jesus. He comes to her defense when she is attacked by hostile men. Grateful and intrigued by his unexpected protector, she shares her faith in Jesus with him. The soldier, curious and seeking a new purpose, decides to accompany her as she flees from persecution. Through their journey together, he learns more about Jesus and begins to find solace and hope in the new teachings, transforming his life and beliefs.
